HELLLLLPPPP I deleted teh Admin user account

Hello

I delete the admin account and have tried to follow the instructions that have been given in other diction reading this.

I did create a NEW ADMIN account buy joining as a user again then logged into my phpMyAdmin... I was told to look for PROFILES (there is no such account) I looked through all the accounts that had to do with Profiles. and still can’t see anything to do with roles ect...

I need the admin account ASAP, this is being used for a mortgage company to store clients data and we have not been able to access the clients information for 5 days..

here is email can pay to have fixed--> michelle@mortgage4.ca

thanks

You need to find the PROFILES table in your site's database, not anywhere within the Dolphin admin. Search is your friend... here's more info: http://www.boonex.com/forums/?action=goto&search=1#topic/The-Admiunistrator-has-been-deleted-what-do-I-do-.htm

When you say you can't find Profiles in the phpmyadmin home page, your looking for your Dolphin "database," open your phpmyAdmin database for your dolphin install.. find "Profiles" click edit on the new profile you created.

Look for "Role" should be "1" in the field... change this to "3" and save.
