HELP! I think my site's been hacked...

Everything seems to be working fine, but if you right click on my home page http://www.FreePersonalClassifieds.com  and "view source", it appears that there's a bunch of unwanted script that I didn't do.  How do I know if it's bad, and exactly what file do I find this in to delete?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I can confirm, there is some suspicious code on your site. I recommend you start using a randomly-generated password from now on for your web hosting account, FTP, admin panel, etc. (changing it now is a good start) and not share it with anyone. You should also scan your computer for any malware to make sure the break-in didn't occur that way. I suggest you reinstall your site with new files. As for the database, you may want to look over it to make sure it too hasn't been compromised.
