HELP ME PLEASE IM LOOSING CUSTOMERS!

Is there anyway to completely reconstruct my join form page because something went wrong in the database which is unknown and now people cannot join my site. They are able to go to the join form but after hitting submit it says database query error. If you want to see it for yourself then it is at http://www.poddzone.com/join.php Please some one help i am loosing customers everyday who are trying to join. Thanks. :)

Unfortunately there is not enough info- there is no error message to help determine what the cause is - you may have to check your server logs to get some more information. It looks like error reporting is disabled on your server.

 There is no errors in my errors log or by bug email and did you click on the join now button?

Yes I 'joined' and got to the error page, but there is no verbose error message - without this it is difficult to diagnose.

If there isn't even an error message perhaps it's a permissions problem?
Go into your admin panel, I think settings and advanced settings. There's a tab somewhere that'll show you how everything is set up, if all of your permissions are correct, and so on. You can check your php.ini settings there as well. Good luck.
