HOW TO: make all pages have a title block

I built this site (http://www.theroygbivproject.org/community/about_us.php), and am having problems with the "who we are" and "special thanks" pages. I want them to look like the "about us" page with the title block and icon at the top of the page. Any suggestions?

Dolphin not designed that way.

The title space your refering to will only show up when a menu item has sub menu items. If you look at the about menu item you will see it has 4 sub menu items as well.

It also has a picture set in the menu builder.

Dolphin does not generate that header or the submenu list under it if there are no sub menu items to display.
