HTML Block Link disapeared on page builder

Hello I am needing some help with the html block on the home page, page builder. The link that is needed to be click to edit the html content has disappeared and I am not for sure why. I have read a couple of forums about edit the database and that would be fine if it was for me. However this is for a client and I need the link back so they are able to edit that. I am not for sure if was my doing or just a bug in the system. Any suggestion would be helpful.
