HTML blocks not saving

After updating and even a fresh install of 6.1.5 from that point off I can't save html blocks also the cancel and delete buttons are not working. I have tryed this in all my browsers and all the same.

I have checked the database, and found several _html blocks into pagecompose table.
Have tryed the set the content into these files, but this is also not working. 
Also there is no tiny editor.. (not defined). 

Someone has this also??

did you try to delete your cahe for your browser?and reopen a window, not sure this is related :)

its not the browsers... 
All my updated or new installed sites have the same problem..
Have not this before updating to 6.1.5

all browsers the same: safari, FF, chrome and opera

Same here. My friend can access my admin and fill in an HTML box. It saves. I cannot. Any ideas?

Tried in IE8 and FF

wouaw; so this happened after upgrading from 6.1.4 to 6.1.5? i havent upgraded yet since im only working on the template and my site is not live yet.

i just notice that buggs happen a lot with that upgrade...
