HTML in sounds description

When a user uploads a sound, they put in the description and it looks a mess becuase the <br> tag isn't used.

Is there a way so that when they fill in the description all new lines will be replaced with the <br> tag so it will look a little tidier?

Or even use <p></p> on each line?

All I want is for the description section of a "sound" to be clean and not all messy.
