HTML5 video player

Is it possible to change the flash video player for a html5 video player like those :

It's always possible, but I wouldn't pin such a job as easy. If you wanted to ensure everyone can view video, you'd also have to create a fallback to the Flash player.

I take it you're referring to Dolphin's iPhone app. At this time, that's the only one available. BoonEx is claiming to be working on an Android app, which I (in my opinion) don't see appearing in the near future.
