Ok i have had my host contact me all the time over the last few days to say that there shared hosting server cant cope with my site, and that im abusing it!! here is the last email they sent me

unfortunately I'm not familiar with the script itself that much to be able to provide help with optimizing it, and I'm afraid that we do not provide scripting support.
Also as I wrote previously this could also be due to someone abusing these modules on your website, but also the script may just not be properly optimized.
You should check this with the script developer directly as they should be aware of any such issues and if so, how to resolve them.

But the thing is i optimized my site through cpanel> phpmyadmin> chose my database> selected all> selected optimze from the list.
now i thought that was the right way to do this? but was i wrong as im now being tolt ny HFW that my site isnt properly optimized
