Having text and video comment problems....

After I moved from another server I started to notice I can't comment with text or video I click the button/link and nothing happens. And other problem that I don't know if it is related or not is I can't upload a video or post anything to the database. Thank you for your time.

Could u explain please stepwise how did you solve the problem?

It was simply the .htaccess file was from another server so it had the wrong set permissions.
