Header error. Help?

I was installing some modules and removing page blocks and this code now appears on the header of my site. I don't know what caused it:

459 => array ( 'Type' => 'custom', 'Caption' => '_bx_groups_menu_search', 'Link' => 'm/groups/search', 'Visible' => 'non,memb', 'Target' => '', 'Onclick' => '', 'Check' => '', 'Parent' => '450', 'Picture' => 'modules/boonex/groups/|bx_groups.png', 'Icon' => '', 'BQuickLink' => '0', 'Statistics' => '', 'Name' => 'Search', ), ); ?>

Looks like a caching problem. Try clearing your dolphin cache.

No, it is not a cache problem. I hve tried opening it in different computers, in different browsers and even in my Ipad and in all attempts I have seen the same thing. I think it has soemthing to do with me changing the location of the Login in the Right Collumn of the Index, because I can't login as an admin either and I can't retrieve the password because the captcha image won't appear to me. I can load the retrieving password window, but the captch image just wont load...

 Deano is referring to the system cache, not your browsers cache

Looks like a caching problem. Try clearing your dolphin cache.

 you need to empty the cache and cache_public directories. it is referencing a cached instance, and that is why you are seeing the error.

the actual cached file that it is complaining about, which i am sure there would be more if you are doing all sorts of adjustments on the site..

---> /cache/db_sys_menu_top_f9a33117ce78312108ecef0e942e9109.php:

as you can see here stated clearly, /cache is the directory that is holding the file that is presenting the complaint, and file name is evident on this specific error as well.

so yes, its a caching problem. clear the cache on your server
