HelP ASAP site not loading index

hey,

i dunno what happen but while restoring some files from a backup, my site stopped loading.

if you enter www.mysite.com it goes there but nothing opens at all not even the header. i tryed things like mysite.com/members and still it nothings. the browser says that is there but nothing opens at all.

I know there is a file that makes all the pages load.. can some one tell me whitch one so i could restore it.

I tryed to restore inc/header.inc.php but no luck

Edited to remove tip.  It has served it's purpose and will not be available for others to take & sell.
