Help Help please Urgent

It seems for some reason I have blocked all IPs to my community site. http://new-attitudes.com I am using dolphin 7. I was setting up the security section and now no one can view the site let alone log in. Of course I have access to the cpanel and of course the databases. however I am not sure what to look for. Can anybody help me with this one, I do not want to redo the whole site because I will lose our members.

Any Help will be gladly accepted.

I am guessing you have enabled all of the dns block lists. The spam monkey something or other needs to stay off.

Go into phpMyAdmin and select your dolphin database then run the following query.

UPDATE `sys_options` SET `VALUE` = '' WHERE `Name` = 'sys_dnsbl_enable';

Then clear your dolphin cache via cpanals file manager.

That will disable the dns filters in the advanced options.

They REALLY need to change this in 7.1... it's happening to someone almost every day now.

Yea i know. I also think all caching options should be off by default as well. With a warning box that pops up when enabled that states caching should remain off until you are done editing your site.

And at least a dozen other things that i will not get into.

 i don't get it at all this cache issues people are having. I have all the cache options on from day one and never had any problems with it. But yeah it should be disabled by default less headache that way.

I rarely have problems either. But i am going by the gigantic number of forum posts i see all the time.

But i think both of us know by now of what things we change that would require clearing the cache.

Unfortunatly, most people do not know this.

many thanks for that guys. I have run the query, but I am not sure how to clear the cache in the cpanel file manager. I am sorry to be so ignorant but this is all new to me.

Delete all files (except the .htaccess file) from /cache/, /cache_public/, and /tmp/.
