For some reason the forum module just doesnt seem to work on my site. I have tried uninstalling and deleting its files, uploading fresh ones, installing again.
Please look at the attached image to see what I get when on the forums page.

It looks fine, but there are no categories and forums are created, login under admin, go to forum "manage forum" tab and add it. Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |
zed, im going to concur with AlexT on this one. forums look fine. you need to load the orca forum from the admin panel under the modules tab. this will provide you with admin privileges.
you need to create topics and threads and post forums in order for anything to show up. and while you are in there, you should go ahead and compile the en lang for the forums.
i have a tutorial on here somewhere for managing the Orca Forum. When a GIG is not enough --> Terabyte Dolphin Technical Support - Server Management and Support |
Thanx guys but why do headings look like, [L[Recent Topics]] [L[RSS Feed]] [L[No topics]] I think something is missing in the code. Free the Dolphin... |

correct, orca forum does not compile from the lang keys on the admin panel you have to hit the compile lang link on the orca forum logged in as admin.
