Help activity block

Hello ,

I want to know how to make the block "activity" there no longer appears "EXEMPL has joined."

Because even when I not validate the account, it appears in this block in homepage , and I would like it so much that I n'aparraise is not valid, or that there is more info of the members joining the site.
