Help for noobie: creating Cron Jobs

Hi Everyone!

I'm just new here and would like to ask assistance on how to create Cron Jobs in Dolphin 6.1.x.  I'm having trouble activating the Mass Mailer Module and I'm not sure where to start.  Tried to look for the Cron Job options in my cPanel but unfortunately, there is no module for that on my cPanel.

if you have SSH - you can use it for setting Cron Jobs

use command:

crontab -e
