Help please

i deleted or something in my admin menue i cant see it any more only when i get members for approvale it comes up

With a user name such as The Joker I am almost afraid to answer.  What is it that you can no longer see in your admin?

when you get members to approve  you get the dashboard and then see members you need to approve but i can only see all members that way below  not like before when i could click members and far as my screen name really like could have chosen some crazy stuff lmao
