Help with 7.0.1

I get this when i try to go to administration  FATAL ERROR call to undefined function bx_get () in home/localgay/public_html/administration/index.php on line 68  How do i correct this

According to boonex, that error means that not all of the files from the patch were uploaded to the server. Make sure they all got uploaded setting your ftp client to overwrite and watch for errors during upload.

This happens quite often when dolphin was uploaded with one ftp user id or the cpanal id then try to upload or replace files with a different ftp userid which won't work becuse the ftp id does not have permissions to over write files uploaded by another ftp account.
