Help with CSS for Menu Item

I am hoping that someone that knows dolphin can help me with an issue I am having with dolphin 7.0.1 CSS (I am guessing).

It is a new fresh install, template works fine as it did in 7.0 but I am wanting to make an alteration to pages like this : http://thebestofonline.com/page/market/

The change that I want to make is the sub menu (highlighted in the attached picture).

The names of the menu items are too large to fit as they are.  I need those names, so am wanting to drop the next section down slightly.

If you are unsure what I mean from the picture please have a look at the address above and you should see what I mean.

Any help would be appreciated (i need to know the file to edit and also the line if possible).  I have Firebug but am hopeless with that, still learning.

The issue on the UNI template is it hides the rest of the text, however on the template I am wanting to use it shows up but blocks the next part (as shown in the picture).  I currently have the site set to enable both templates for those of you that need to look at the site.  But will be using the dark template.

Any CSS experts around to pitch in on this?  I am desperate to get this sorted and would be ever so appreciative of any help out there.  Thanks

top_menu.css

div.sys_top_menu

change padding-bottom from 1 to 18.

Thanks Deano, That was perfect, I have worked out now though that I need to change the background image, as it looks a bit silly still with the menu dropping off the image.  Thanks for your help.

Now I just need to get a handle on editing the image so it doesn't fall off the background image for the bottom menu.  (Back to schooling for me again to learn another new thing)...
