Help with a code

Hi i am tring to get help with this code. i am tring to put this code in a home page block but its not working, i tried putting it in a html box but nothing then i tired butting it in a rss feed and still nothing just wanted to know if you guys can help?

Ok, I see a couple areras that need clarification.

The source URL appears to be screwed up. You have 2 .com extensions in the URL

http://host1.gchats.com/carilife.com/admin-nascripts/stats.php

I couldn't even find host1.qchats.com. Generally speaking, you don't need the http in the src url if you are serving from the same domain. Second,  /stats.php" is not a javascript file and needs to be called a different way

this code is for a chat website that i linked to dolphin, i sued the code before and it works like if i put the code in banner it would work but i didnt want to but it in a baner. here is the info they gave me
