Help with cron job message..

Hello all... Yesterday I setup my e-mail in cron jobs. There was already one cron job set up to run every 15 minutes. Now I'm getting an e-mail every 15 minutes with the following:

Failed loading /home/xvideos1/etc/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.5.so:  /home/xvideos1/etc/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.5.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

No idea what's this all about... What's this "ioncube" thing? What is it trying to do? (Yes, I know it's trying to "open a shared object" that doesn't exist... but why??)

Any help on this greatly appreciated!

are you on a dedicated server or shared hosting?

and also - change your cron to every minute - or videos will have to wait 15 minutes before they are processed

Shared hosting :-\

call your hosting provider and ask them - unfortunate thing about shared hosting - or switch to Zarconia.net

Now I'm more puzzled than ever... The e-mail alerts I was getting every 15 minutes suddenly stopped Sunday around noon. I contacted my host provider to see if I could get an insight on this, but they're asking me "detailed step by step instructions how to recreate the reported issue on our end", which I can't provide since I'm no longer getting the error message. Moreover, I still have the problem of being unable to upload videos to Dolphin's "Video" section, but I have no idea if the problem is with the Dolphin configuration or with the hosted server setup... again - set your cron for every minute. second - call your hosting company and ask them if ioncube or zend is loaded on your server.
