1: that version is being implemented in opensocial Dolpin 7?

2:What happened to the draft was being prepared openid?

suggestion:

1. Latest development version was implemented: http://incubator.apache.org/shindig/

2. OpenId do not provide any user information and can not be used in conjunction with dolphin, Facebook API was integrated instead.

3-4. Most of OpenSocial app are supported, you can try and provide us some feedback.

Suggestion: there is already an area where developers can post Dolphin extensions, opensicial apps are some kind of extensions too, I think.
