Hide Logins from top and side menu's - HELPPPPPP

Hello

I am looking to remove the login/join on the top right of 7.1 and also sub menu when a non member browses other pages they see on side menu.

I have from what I understand removed code from join_login.html page and bxbasemenu.php from the folders templates/base/scrips , but I am still showing the top login/join on the website.

Can anyone advise how to remove this please.

Here is what I think you are asking for:

Go to: Admin... Settings... Basic Setting and scroll to the bottom of the screen you should see  options for the header pic and the Join / login buttons. (see attached snip-it)

You have the options to: 

Disable, Show on homepage  or Show on all pages... and even Hide for logged in users.

Also something that I just recently found out... if you (like me) were looking to keep a header pic... but without the join and login buttons...

Select the "Show on Homepage" option above... then read this thread: http://www.boonex.com/forums/topic/Block-that-spans-2-columns-.htm Particularly read Prashank25's 3rd post.

This will allow you to create a top block of 100% with Columns under it. I use it for multiple header type pics on multiple pages.
