Hide the Site?

how do i Hide the Site and locked hem when i do Upgrading or Reinstallation from are Users to see the Upgrading or Reinstallation?

Usually it enough to place to root folder of Dolphin index.html file with info "Site is under reconstruction". Also u may add to .htaccess file restriction for viewing and leave there only ur IP address.
