GIve Terabyte-hosting a try.  It is run by DosDawg, a respected Unity member, and he has gone to great lengths to make sure his servers are optomized for Dolphin.  You can contact him directly through Unity mail with your questions, and then decide if he's the best option for you.  (Of the three you mentioned, only Hostgator is advertised to meet Dolphin requirements.  Personally, I'd stay away from the others.)

Someday, Someway.

FYI,

Terabyte Hosting Solutions, LLC is a registered company in the US. as far as suing because your site goes down, good luck with that, you will be fighting an uphill battle.

I also didn't know you could sue your hosting provider if you suffered any downtime.

I think thats why most hosting company says 99% uptime. because you know sooner or later something is going to happen!LOL! but I guess this is off topic. Sorry!

I thought it was common sense that sooner or later, you're going to have down time.
