How can I add members without them signing up?

There isn't any method to do this built into Dolphin by default. If you search the market here you will find some mods that can do it though.

I bought Profile Generator 2.5 from nextgate, it works really great to get you started on filling your website. In my case, I only had to add about 200 profiles, then people started signing up on their own once my site didn't look empty any longer.
