How Do I Reduce The Size Of Database Size?

I need to reduce the size of my database via phpMyAdmin.I do not mean just optimizing the database.

I summery, I want delete some of the components uploaded to my site to drastically reduce the database. (Its just a short term emergency measure - after which I intend to upgrade to Dedicated Server).

Please what do I pull off? I intend to retain the appearance of my site and will not like to spoil the structure.

well i can only think of one option uninstall some modules that you don't need, or are not used a lot by members.

Three options:

1. optimize the database;
2. uninstall some modules (as suggested above); or
3. delete all spam/fake members.

I would recommend against deleting system database tables, as they are required for the script to not explode.

What tables hold the most data? I know sys_profile_views_track and sys_profiles_match can get out of control if you have this turned on in advance settings
