How To Add A Compleate Custom Page

ive been looking all over google boonexnerd guides have tried a few but cannot get new page to work is there any guides how to build a custom page from scratch from adding it to the menu bar building it in to the page blocks editor adding custom blocks

You can see the page at http://www.scarletnetworks.com the page I'm trying to build is webinars Ive got it to show in the navigation menu  but cannot get the page to working page block editor trying to build a page to host webinars and viral adverts

Anyone give ruff idea were ive gone wrong

do you mean that there are problems to add a new site in page builder over the functions there

or do you mean to program a complete new site?

admin panel - builders - site blocks - add page

then the link would look like scarletnetworks.com /page/webinar

just want to add my own page but cannot find any info on building new pages in dolphin 7 wondering if some has a guide or is there a guide anywere or can some tell me how to add pages ive started one but cannot get it to work page called webinars

why don´t you add a new site like i wrote above in the admin panel and insert your html code in it?

sorted it was using the wrong file path that's why pages were not linking up you gave me the answer in your above post many thanks great info
