How To Create Multiple Join Forms

How can I create multiple join forms tailored to specific registrants?

One would be a paid membership login the other would be a free membership.

I was working on the same idea a few weeks back, requiring 2 separate join pages, and the easiest, quickest, and cheapest way to do it was to purchase AntonLV's Profile Splitter which you can view here: http://www.boonex.com/m/Profile_Types_Splitter_Basic.

I thought it was pretty pricey at first, until I installed it and was done setting up my 2 join pages in less than 30 minutes or so :-)

And I had already spent over 4 or 5 hours trying to figure out how to put something together that would work.
