How To Fix Profile

I have tried to customize my profile but as you can see only the outer part is showing up how would I fix this?

You need a Profile Custimizer installed in the site to enable full profile customization.  Right now, your default site simply doesn't allow for it. 

How do I do that?

He mean paid extension for dolphin. Not default.
