Which banner? If you have created one than you have to use simple html: <a href="http://site.com/join.php"><img src="/banner.png"></a> so much to do.... |
You mean the promo banner? There is an option in admin (settings->advanced settings->other) to change where the promo redirects to.. but it should be setup to redirect to the join page by default.
