How can i fix hover pop up when you go over ....

When you go over a member picture and you click on it something would pop up but on mine you would move you mouse over it and something pop up without clicking on it can someone help me fix this

That is the default behavior. You can increase the delay time before that happens. Admin->Settings->Advanced Settings. Under Profiles change Timeout before displaying profile info(in seconds): from the default value of 3 to something like 10 or so.
