How do I change the text in the block WHY JOIN?

I want to change the block tex WHY JOIN. I need a place in this block is a different text. Prompt - a key language (Manage Keys) should I use? 

1. Manage Case - WHY JOIN opening paragraph, where you can change the title, not the text. 

2. This way - bilders / pages bloks / join page can not be edited. This is a special unit and it is not edited by bilder.

Step 1 - search for join in language keys

Step 2 - edit  _why_join_desc in down in the results.

Step 3 - save it.

Step 4 - clear cache.

Step 5 - enjoy the wonderful dolphin software.

Unfortunately this does not work!

I can make changes to the text in the _why join key, but am unable to save the changes. The save option does not work.

Any clues.please.
