How do I create a new builder block?

I'm an absolute layman in regards to computer languages.

Can someone explain this to me in simple terms how I can create a new block? I know how to copy and paste. I would like to add a new block- featured artists - and was hoping that I could use some of the code from the featured members block and edit it slightly but when opening the link it doesn't show any code. What can I do or where is a useful Help link?

For HTML block you can do it from Admin/PagerBuilder. There is a free mod in the market that allows you to create a block.

Do you have a bit more data? That would be helpful. I know how to drag the block there but what is the HTML code to get the silhouettes just like on the featured members block?
