How do I make a page accessible for non members?

I have a page on my site that is currently not viewable unless you are a member. How can I make it so that this page is usable for non members too?

Is it a default dolphin page?

If so, which page?

I will have to see if i can replicate the problem on my site before i can advise on how to deal with it.

None that i am aware of.

Pages built with page builder are normally accessable by everyone. So i don't have a solution for that one.
