How do i correct error message after first installation

Contact your host. Sever your installing dolphin on does not meet the dolphin server requirements as listed here. http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/wiki/DolTech

The error says what is wrong. Either safe mode is on which must be off, or a open_basedir restriction is in place. The open_basedir setting should be empty.
