I've got a list of about 15 code changes/additions/modifications I've made, or will be making, on my site. I am really afraid when 7.1 or later versions are release that the upgrade process will be like when we went through the RC process, and all of my changes will get over-written, etc. So I am wondering how some of you handle upgrading your script without screwing upp your code fixes and additions/modifications?
The thing is, is I can fix bugs faster than upgrades come out, and improve or add other functions of the site, which in my case is a live site. So in a month or so, after potentially 50 or 60 more changes to the code and language keys, I don't want all this effort to be a waste.
Thoughts?
