How do you make a moderator for chat?

How do you make a moderator membership for chat? you can setup a membership for a moderator. When you click on the moderator tab in the chat room it is basically a search. Help please

I am curious about this too. It is one of the very few problems I have not found solutions on the forum for yet. If I do find another post about it I will set it here too. I know that does not help you but it is the best I can do at the moment.
