How do you send out only text emails

Hi,

The email templates in Dolphin has both html and text emails.  Mine seems to go out as html by default, but on some email systems- specifically gmail, I get the html code, and not the display.  I want to just send out text messages.  Maybe I am looking right at it, but I can't find the setting for this.  What am I missing?

I am havng the same problem... my emails get sent fine but they display the html code also... So I also would like to deacticate it or find a way to prevent the emails from displaying the html code... can someone help please!
