How do you tell users to check spambox for emails?

I have a lot of users who aren't receiving their mail due to the mail going to their spam box.  I would gander a lot of you have something like this that has happened.  My question is where and how do you notify them to check their spam box and mark all mail from your site friendly.

I'm a newbie here, but I've faced with the same problem too.

This is what I did:

Go to Settings > Language Settings > Search for "_EMAIL_CONF_SENT"

Edit that and add the extra instructions.
