 CSS, because, its very strange. Temporary CSS in cache public.

Wait RCs, they will have an update system! you install the 1st rc and then you can simply update, the update do all for you! What's the problem of CSS?

 if you udpade the CCS file in folder, that dont work

 however, you can change CSS in  "cache public".

I haven't found this problem... Try this: change your css in the tenplate folder, clear all files in cache folder (except .htaccess if there is one) then reload the page in browser.. I've maked a template for me and it work...

The cache folder is to speed up processing, if you make changes to a template you need to delete out the cache folder and then refresh the page to see the changes.  Clearing the cache won't do anythingg, I wouldn't rename your template folder your cache folder though as you may accidently overwrite something.
