How much does this cost?

I have 2 things what i'm going to need in future and asking that how much would both of these cost?

PHPBB intergrated with the website.

I need a cash system.. It should work that it counts that how many image views, downloads, forum post he has sent, and all of them should have their own CPM that i could change from admin panel when i want.. And that would need to convert all those things into cash.. That people can earn by sharing those things in our website.. Then that user would have own wallet in the page where he can see how much cash he has already earned and option to request payout by paypal.

Everyone has their own rate. You should directly ask a developer who can do these for you.

a word of warning:

do not pay anybody for a phpbb or any other forum or script integration bridge share jump hop or anything else. they do not work. read on this forum about the phpbb integration nightmares. on the other part, post on oDesk most likely place where you wont get jammed in the ass.
