How to Change the IM Icon on Bottom Member menu

Has anyone noticed that the IM icon on the bottom member menu is a video icon where can I go to change this ...with a new icon  ?????

On the Member menu at the bottom of the page  once a member has friends online  go to  the menu at the the member menu at the base of the page  click friends--->(here you will see all online friends and an Icon to IM them) however the icon is a video icon and  members are confused by this ...I want to replace this icon with another how do I do this
