 Anyone know how to tell what is what in account Licenses page? I have 5 licenses and they all have this pic with no way to identify what version/app each on is.
We have a version 6 site running and I'm afraid to click the license links for fear it will deactivate and revert the active site to boonex bannered site. |
You can identify which site is using which license by the domain under the license number. Clicking the domain link will open a window with some information, including an button to remove the domain from the license. Thanks Nathan, Two of the licenses are set to a domain but the remaining three have no domain set. There is only a license number which doesn't help me identify what they are. From what I recall it used to tell you one was Dolphin, another was Orca etc. I'll maybe have to message Boonex and get a list of what I have form them if possible...or...click the links and see what happens??!! :( |

I think the licenses aren't product-specific, or at least aren't anymore. Orca stand-alone was discontinued a while back, so don't expect a dedicated graphic for it. can't you look in admin panel settings to see what license you are using ?. |
In the account page it has five permanent license images. The first two have a domain on them so those are the ones we are now using which is Dolphin 6 and Orca. The Orca license disabled a while back when I clicked on it to check which was which and I have not been able to get it to register again. This is a bug it seems. Also lost all the Boonex plugin licenses we paid for on dolphin 6 so basically it only has left us with Dolphin and third party plugins working. That's why I am hesitant to click the other images for fear it will somehow unregister the active site and we will have boonex banners all over. So, to recap first two licenses have a domain on them. Then there are three more permanent license images with license codes. but again, no way to distinguish what is what. Boonex might get back to me or I guess will take a chance to click and see what happens. Thanks for your replies and help! |
