How to Remove Time from the DATE?

Does anyone know how to remove the TIME from the DATE from the Content Information? I only want the date for the Last Activity.

You have to edit the content's particular html and take out the date fields you don't want.

mauricecano can you provide more details on how to do that.  I don't want the date to be deleted.  I just want the time to be deleted from the date line.
