How to add member bar on startpage

Hello,

i am wondering if anybody can tell me how i can add the below member bar which appears when a user is logged in on start page index.php...

On every page the memberbar appears when a user is logged in, but not on the startpage index.php

Can anybody help?

wh also had this probelm a while back. I can't remember how we fixed it, but I will ask my partnet latter and see if she remembers. I dont think it was difficult though.
