How to center Footer?

I can't seem to figure out how to center the footer and the bottom of my page.

I tried going into the file:

tmpl_uni/_footer.html

As well as the template folder:

tmpl_wtt/_footer.html

They are both centered already?

Look at class .bottomCpr in /templates/tmpl_uni/css/general.css

I tried:

/templates/tmpl_uni/css/general.css

without having any effect,  however I did go into the

/templates/tmpl_wtt/css/general.css

and it worked!!
