How to change Index page ?

Hi All,

I am newbe to Dolphin and currently using Dolphin 7 beta , now i want to change index page i mean to say if any one browse my site then i want to show Join page how can we do this ?

Finally i have done it,

I have created a seprate Class for Join and call it on the index page of a template.
