How to change age limit of users?

I have changed the age limit in the settings. But nothing changes? The users are still told they need to be 18 years of age to join. Is there somewhere else that I need to change the age limit?

hi.. i dont know exactly what causes your problem but i'll try to put some notes

1- check that the minimum age is not > than the max age

2- clear your db cash after you edit the sittings

3- does the change appear in your administration panel .. i mean when you set the minimum number and save the sittings .. and then reload the page does the number in the minimum age field change or it still stuck at 18.

The age is not > that the max age. I've actually put it down to 12 to try and make it change.

Yes, the ages shows 12 but when someone puts in less that 18 it states they are too young to join.

The problem is without the age their profiles wont show up. I had to disable the age so that people could join.

I'm not sure how to clear the data base cash, could you tell me how to do that?

under click all ( sure thats after editing the age )

Hi, you need to change the age limit it two places one is in the settings advanced settings as stated by others and the other place is builders - profile fields - click on the date of birth and then advanced then change the min and max allowed in there.

you should be good to go after that.
