How to change css editor to writable

Was wondering how to change css editor not rewritable to writable .

Does anyone have step by step instruction on how to change this . 

Very easy to do this, go to yout ftp login and go to templates/templ_uni/css  give all the files 666 permission. Now you can from the css editor in admin secton work.
